On 10 September 2026, Mr. Zuhair Abdul Salam Al-Azabi, Director of the Department of International Law and Treaties of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Libyan Government of National Unity, signed the Convention on the Establishment of the International Organization for Mediation on behalf of Libya in Beijing.
