From 7 to 9 September 2026, IOMed attended the Tenth Intersessional Meeting of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group III as an Observer. The session, hosted in Ninh Binh, Viet Nam, deliberated on possible reforms of Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS).
During the meeting, the IOMed representative exchanged views with the Chair and other delegates on issues pertaining to the ongoing ISDS reform process.
