From 12 to 16 January 2026, IOMed attended the 53rd Session of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group III as an Observer. The session was held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, deliberating on possible reforms of Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS).

During the session, Dr. SUN Jin, Deputy Secretary-General of IOMed, contributed to the deliberations by making interventions concerning potential reforms to the ISDS on procedural and cross-cutting issues.
