On 1 December 2025, Prof. Teresa CHENG Yeuk-wah SC, Secretary-General of the International Organization for Mediation (IOMed), met with Deputy Chairman of Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic H.E. Ayaz Baetov at the IOMed Headquarters.
Prof. Teresa CHENG briefed the Minister on the establishment process and vision of IOMed, and exchanged views with him on the value of mediation as a means of peaceful settlement of disputes.
