IOMed Attends the UNCITRAL WGIII AC-OP3 Meeting in Paris, France as Observer

With IOMed being invited to participate as an observer to the sessions of United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Working Group III: Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform (UNCITRAL WGIII), IOMed Secretary-General Prof. Teresa CHENG attended the third meeting on the operationalization of the Advisory Centre on International Investment Dispute Resolution (AC-OP Meeting) which took place in Paris, France, from 1 to 3 December 2025.
 
The AC-OP Meeting is an informal forum for discussion on the operationalization issues pertaining to the establishment of the Advisory Centre on International Investment Dispute Resolution.
 
IOMed was granted observer status to participate in the sessions of UNCITRAL WGIII in November 2025. IOMed shall continue to participate and make constructive contribution to the future deliberation sessions at the UNCITRAL WGIII.
