On 17 December 2025, Secretary-General Prof. Teresa CHENG Yeuk-wah SC received a delegation led by Prof. Sobirzoda Isfandiyor Salom, Rector of the Institute of Advanced Training of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan, at the IOMed Headquarters in Hong Kong.
Prof. Teresa CHENG briefed Prof. Salom on the establishment process, scope of cases and vision of IOMed. The two sides had a comprehensive and in-depth exchange of views on IOMed’s mediation services, institutional frameworks and capacity building initiatives, as well as the value of mediation as a means of peaceful settlement of disputes.
