Bilateral Meeting with Moroccan Delegation to UNCITRAL WGIII AC-OP3 Meeting in Paris, France

During the UNCITRAL WGIII AC-OP3 Meeting from 1 to 3 December in Paris, France (for details, please see the press release here), Secretary-General Prof. Teresa CHENG met with the Head of Moroccan delegation Mr. Rachid OUADIFI, Director of Civil Affairs and Legal and Judicial Professions, Ministry of Justice, Kingdom of Morocco.
 
Mr. OUADIFI and Prof. CHENG exchanged views on the establishment of the IOMed, the development and vision of the Organization as well as future collaborations on capacity building.
 
Morocco Signed the Convention on the Establishment of the International Organization for Mediation on 31 October 2025. As of today, there are 38 Signatory States to the Convention.
