From 20 to 24 November, IOMed Secretary-General Prof. Teresa CHENG Yeuk-Wah SC visited China.
On 20 and 21 November, Secretary-General Prof. CHENG attended the “Seventh China-ASEAN Legal Cooperation Forum” in Chongqing, China, and delivered a keynote speech on the theme of “Enhance China-ASEAN Legal Cooperation, Jointly Build a Community with Shared Future in the Neighborhood”.
On 22 November, Secretary-General Prof. CHENG attended the “Eighth Tsinghua World Forum on the Rule of Law – Legal Challenges in Re-globalization” in Beijing, China, and delivered a speech on the theme of “IOMed – Key to Peaceful Settlement of Disputes”.
On 24 November, Secretary-General Prof. CHENG held a meeting with Mr. LI Zhen, Vice Chairman of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of China and exchanged views on strengthening cooperation.
