According to the notification from the government of China, depositary of the Convention on the Establishment of the International Organization for Mediation, China, Nicaragua and Venezuela have ratified the Convention. In pursuance to Article 60 of the Convention, the Convention entered into force on 29 August 2025, and entered into force for China, Nicaragua and Venezuela on the same day.
