On 29 August 2025, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Central African Republic in China Wilfrid Emery PERKS-BUWAMBA signed the Convention on the Establishment of the International Organization for Mediation on behalf of the government of the Central African Republic in Beijing.
